How long does production take?

Every piece is engraved to order. Engraving takes 2–4 business days on average, then shipping takes 5–7 business days on average. Total time from order to arrival is typically 7–11 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — Held Gaze offers free worldwide shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase required.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. As soon as your piece ships, we'll email you tracking information so you can follow it the rest of the way.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, free shipping applies worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties set by your country, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I return a custom piece?

Because every piece is engraved to order specifically for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges on the engraving itself.

What if my piece arrives damaged or wrong?

If your piece arrives damaged, or the engraving doesn't match the live preview you approved before ordering, contact us and we'll remake it at no cost to you.

How do I request a remake?

Email support@heldgaze.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll review it and get back to you within 1–2 business days.
